Where it all began

Sitting at a kitchen table in a country house in Westbourne, two creative, free-thinking individuals chewed that fat about wanting to break away from the traditional agency machine. We dreamt of a place where we could do our best work; impactful work that would change the perception of marketing and PR while changing the perception of the companies we chose to work for. With authenticity and passion at our core, and a desire to help organisations put their campaigns where their claims are, we came together to combine our creative skills and offer an integrated approach to PR and marketing that evokes belief.

  • Sarah Baldry

    Founder

    I've been championing the challengers and the changemakers for over 20 years (shhh). I love helping companies crack their brand positioning and messaging to the point that investors drool and customers clamour. I've spent much of my career in senior roles at global communications agencies dodging the wheels of corporate machines. Instead, I opted for the chance to work closely with founders and CEOs in innovative companies that embrace creativity, helping them adapt their strategy at a pace that fosters real change. This work continues to be my passion.

    I've been described by my clients as “normal” which is all one can hope for in a world full of arrogant creatives, snake-like growth hackers and formulaic social media coaches.

    My best advice: Walk the talk. Clichéd but rarely executed.

  • Sam Leonard

    Head of Design

    Over the last decade, I’ve been fortunate enough to work alongside some of the UK’s biggest household brands, including Tilda Rice, SEGA, Vimto, KFC, Barbour, Anglepoise and more. I’ve also worked with plenty of industry-leading, cutting-edge B2B brands, including JCC LightingHarwin, UK Fashion & Textile Association and Magma Global to excel their presence in their markets and hit the mark with their audiences.

    My main focus has always been to challenge expectations and conventions and push brand boundaries to help them become industry leaders. Identities are there to be grown, pushed and enhanced. Whether it’s through print, digital, advertising, social media or video, I’ve always put 110% into my clients’ work.

    My best advice: Consistency is key, especially when it comes brand.
